Returns Policy

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

Returned items must not show any sign of use.

To make the return request, the customer must send an email to info@pommellanapoli.com within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Within 24/48h you will receive all the instructions and we will then book the collection by a courier.

To speed up the exchange/return operations, in the email you send us it is necessary to specify the type of operation (size exchange or return), the item or items you want to return with the respective order numbers and in the case of exchange, which size is returned and which size is chosen as a replacement and the reason for the exchange/return.

Return shipments must be made exclusively through our courier and following our instructions, otherwise the shipment may be refused.

Shipping costs for size exchanges are free (1 exchange free). In the case of return of an exchange, both the shipping costs of the exchange and those of the return will be charged.

The costs for all definitive returns and therefore not size exchanges are charged to the customer.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive, verify and accept the returned item.

Refunds will be made with the same payment method made by the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.

The return of the items must be received at the Pommella Napoli headquarters within 10 days of the authorization

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

The cost for each return request is €25 for full price items and €50 for sale goods, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories, received together with the order.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Pommella Napoli, we request that you promptly inform the company.

Pommella Napoli reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions.

Pommella Napoli will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
